Unless you are communicating with an agent in one of our designated departments, we will only ever contact you via these methods:
- SMS from a designated Vodafone portal that will appear as Vodafone AU in your messages.
- Email with offers, notifactions or bills from this designated Vodafone email – noreply@vodafone.com.au
- Call from this designated phone number – 0290153555
If we send you an email, we will never ask you to provide us with or fill out any security information such as your PIN, password or
date of birth or your personally identifiable information such as your address or payment details.
If you have received a call, text message or an email that claims to be from Vodafone but you suspect it is not or the caller is claiming to be from Vodafone but asking you to provide security information or personally identifiable information please report it to our designated email fraud@vodafone.com.au by providing:
- A screenshot of the text message and the sender’s phone number.
- The date and time and the phone number that contacted you claiming to be from Vodafone.
- Or by following the alleged email.

Information you provide us directly:
We ask for certain information such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address when you register for a Business Review, place a Tech Fund order , or if you correspond with us. We may also retain any messages you send through the Service, and may collect information you provide in User Content you post to the Service.
